Studio Expectations
1. Attendance & Punctuality
- Arrive 10 minutes early for warmup.
- If late, enter quietly and join without disruption.
- Notify instructors in advance of absences when possible.
2. Preparedness
All actors must bring:
- A notebook & pencil
- Printed or digital script pages
- Water
- Comfortable movement clothing
- A focused mindset and emotional readiness
3. Conduct & Respect
- Support classmates; we grow as an ensemble.
- Give constructive notes only when invited.
- Maintain confidentiality — what happens in class stays in class.
4. Emotional Safety
- Consent is mandatory for physical or intimate scenes.
- Actors may say “Pause” at any time.
- No emotional manipulation or unregulated trauma-based exercises.
- All deep emotional work is guided safely.
5. Professionalism
Treat the studio like a professional set:
- Phones silent
- Be present and committed
- No unnecessary side conversations
- Approach all work with intention and respect
