TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Actors grow through repetition, structure, challenge, and deep creative play.

The Actors Gym uses a professional athlete conditioning model:

 1    Warm up the instrument

 2    Train technique through drills

3    Apply technique to scene work

 4    Review performance

 5    Reflect and recover

This cycle happens every week in all classes.

SAFETY, CONSENT & BOUNDARIES

    •    Respect emotional limits — your own and others’.

GROWTH TRACKING

    •    Monthly check-in with instructors

    •    Individualized notes on strengths & growth areas

    •    Quarterly showcases for ongoing performance development

    •    Personalized training plan recommendations
